Lois J. Watson currently serves as a Human Resources Specialist and Program Manager in Learning and Education for Tax Exempt & Government Entities (TE/GE). She provides course design/development services to Exempt Organizations (EO) – Examinations in TE/GE. Lois is responsible for designing/developing training materials for EO Exam Revenue Agents and Tax Examiners. She provides guidance for developing training material for the Tax Exempt Determinations System (TEDS). Her office is located in Cincinnati, Ohio.

She has worked for IRS for 21 years. The majority of her career has been working in various areas of leadership, quality, and technical training. Lois has been a member of NTEU for eight years and is a former Stewart. Also, Lois serves as a part-time Associate Adjunct Professor of Humanities at the University of Cincinnati (UC) – Clermont College. She has instructed classes in Sociology, Psychology, Diversity, Education, and Business Management at UC for more than 25 years.
