I started my career with the IRS in February 1980. I started in Florence File doing refiles and pulling all types of documents until 1984. In 1984 I went to the Adjustment Branch as a control clerk and then to Taxpayer Relations in 1985 as a control/analysis clerk. Next, in 1987 I became a tax examiner in Examination. Then from 1989 to 1994 I worked in Criminal Investigation. I worked in Office Audit in New Haven, CT for two months in 1994. Then I went to Collections as an examiner until 1995 when I worked for Electronic Filing until August 1996, then back to Collections. In May of 1997, I went to work for Examination at FOB in Cincinnati until September 1998. I then I started in Appeals and I am still there. This is my second term on the Chapter 9 Board, and I am on the legislative committee for the chapter.
I like to travel; so far this year I have gone to Alaska, Indiana,Tennessee and Arkansas.
